Copyediting Team
Elliot Carter
Elliot Carter is a member of the AGC Copyediting Team. He is a geochemist investigating the petrogenesis and alteration of mafic and ultramafic rocks in a range of settings.
Marthe Klöcking
Marthe Klöcking is a member of the AGC Copyediting Team. She is a geochemist and geodynamicist with focus on upper mantle processes. As former manager of the GEOROC database she is also an expert in Open and FAIR data for geochemistry.
Alex Lipp
Alex Lipp is a member of the AGC Copyediting Team. A lecturer at the Department of Earth Sciences, University College London, he is primarily interested in the geologic, geochemical and anthropogenic processes that influence Earth's surface, both now, and over its geological past. He develops novel numerical methods which can be combined with geochemical, geomorphic and geophysical datasets collected in the field.
Anselm Loges
Anselm Loges is a member of the AGC Copyediting Team. He is an experimental geochemist and spectroscopist specializing in element transport in aqueous fluids in the context of economic geology. He also works in magmatic and metamorphic petrology.
Technical Support Team
Simon Matthews
Simon Matthews is part of the AGC Technical Support Team. His research at the University of Iceland combines geochemical observations with computational petrology to understand the Earth's interior.
Kevin Wong
Kevin Wong is part of the AGC Technical Support Team. His research at the University of Cambridge combines petrological and geodynamic models to model processes in the serpentinising mantle forearc at subduction zones.

Media & Branding Team
Dan Lévy
Dan Lévy is a coordinator of the AGC Media and Branding Team. After studying for a PhD in cosmochemistry at the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris, he then specialized in the natural hydrogen field where he studied low temperature alteration of Fe-rich rocks. Now he is post doc at Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (IPGP) where he studies clumped isotopes of dihydrogen to try to track the origin of this molecule.
Inês Pereira
Inês Pereira is a coordinator of the AGC Media and Branding Team. She tackles mountain building processes and the evolution of plate tectonics using accessory minerals and geochemical tools.
Universidade de Coimbra | ORCiD
Maria Dias
Maria Dias is a member of the AGC Media and Branding Team. She recently completed her PhD in Experimental Petrology at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum where she experimentally calibrated diffusion coefficients and investigated the mechanisms that govern diffusion in orthopyroxene.

Peter Mc Ardle
Peter Mc Ardle is a member of the AGC Media and Branding Team. Formerly he worked for ten years as a geologist in Oil and Gas. Currently Peter is undertaking a PhD in Planetary Science at the University of Manchester, focusing on petrology, chronology and volatile abundances in chondritic meteorites.
ECR Mentoring Team
Matthew Brueseke
Matthew Brueseke is a member of the AGC Early Career Researcher (ECR) Mentoring Team. He is an igneous petrologist who straddles the intersection of petrology, tectonics, and economic geology.
Patrice de Caritat
Patrice de Caritat is a member of the AGC Early Career Researcher (ECR) Mentoring Team. He is a geochemist investigating regolith processes in soil, sediment and groundwater.
Curtin University | ORCiD
EDIA/Ethics Team
Börje Dahrén
Börje Dahrén is a member of the AGC Ethics Committee. He has a background (PhD) in igneous petrology and geochemistry, but is currently working as an open science specialist and technical editor at Uppsala University Library and Uppsala University Publications.
Laura M. Otter
Laura M. Otter is a member of the AGC Ethics Committee. She is a geochemist focussing on the biomineralization processes of marine calcifying organisms investigating their architectures, trace element and isotope composition as well as their growth processes from the meso- to the nanoscale and beyond. For her work Laura pioneers novel techniques like the Photo-induced Force Microscopy and develops innovative protocols for established methods such as atom probe, LA-ICP-MS and SIMS.
Olivier Pourret
Olivier Pourret is a member of the EDIA and Ethics Team. He is working on Rare Earth Element Systematic of Natural Waters to Low-Temperature Aqueous Geochemistry. He is the Head of Research Integrity and Open Science of his university (UniLaSalle, Beauvais).
Wim van Westrenen
Wim van Westrenen is a member of the EDIA and Ethics Team. His research focuses on the physical and chemical properties of planetary materials at high temperatures and high pressures.
