2012: Regulation and taxation of investment funds
The 2012 edition of the Faculty of Law Yearbook De lege Regulation and Taxation of Investment Funds contains the contributions made during a symposium on the same theme on 25 April 2012. The symposium addressed the regulation and taxation of investment funds from a variety of perspectives. Speakers came from universities, the Swedish Tax Agency, law and consultancy firms, and interest groups.
