2013: Doctrine in Practice
The aim of the 2013 yearbook De lege Doctrine in Practice is to bring together several of the faculty's researchers around a common theme that can relate to all the faculty's fields of research. Under the common theme of scholarly doctrine in case law, the ten contributions address issues to, among others, corporate law, labor law, contract law, civil and criminal procedural law, tax law, criminal law, and copyright law. In addition, several of the contributions deal with interdisciplinary aspects that are usually categorised as jurisprudence.
