2014: The Instrument of Government 40 years - 1974–2014
This year’s edition of De lege, The Instrument of Government 40 years – 1974–2014, contains articles closely related to the content of the Swedish Instrument of Government, which celebrates its 40th anniversary. The purpose of the anthology is to highlight various aspects of the Instrument of Government. The first five articles address issues relating to the fundamental values of the Instrument of Government, as well as certain provisions in its first chapter. The next five articles deal with fundamental rights as laid out in the second chapter. Following these are articles focusing on legislative power, the role of the courts, public administration, and national defence.
