50 years of the Instrument of Government - 1974-2024
2024The overall theme and title of De lege 2024 is 'The Instrument of Government – 50 years (1974–2024)’. The book contains 16 articles, and they deal with a range of important constitutional issues. Among the topics covered are the work of amending the constitution through parliamentary committees, constitutional damages - a new legal basis for damages, an analysis of the chapter in the Instrument of Government on war and the imminent danger of war, the Instrument of Government and Sweden's membership of NATO, the role of the courts in the political system, and the constitutional position of the Head of State.
