50 years of the Instrument of Government - 1974-2024
2024The overall theme and title of De lege 2024 is 'The Instrument of Government – 50 years (1974–2024)’. The book contains 16 articles, and they deal with a range of important constitutional issues. Among the topics covered are the work of amending the constitution through parliamentary committees, constitutional damages - a new legal basis for damages, an analysis of the chapter in the Instrument of Government on war and the imminent danger of war, the Instrument of Government and Sweden's membership of NATO, the role of the courts in the political system, and the constitutional position of the Head of State.

More than 40 years of Uppsala Memories - Mer än 40 år av Minnesota-minnen
2023This volume of De lege celebrates the successful exchange program between the University of Minnesota Law School and the Uppsala University Faculty of Law. The program has been running for over 40 years and is believed to be one of the oldest of its kind worldwide. Since its founding in the early 1980s, the program has included student and faculty exchanges, an alumni visiting delegation, as well as different types of library collaborations. Some of this living legacy is reflected in this volume.

Sustainability from a legal perspective
2022The theme of De lege in 2022 is 'sustainability', under the overarching question of what role law has played, is playing or may play in achieving the goals set out in the United Nations Agenda 2030. Law and legal science can contribute in various ways to achieving the goals set out in the 2030 Agenda.

The contributions are grouped around four themes that in various ways have recurred in Mats Kumlien’s own writings: Labour Law and Private Law, The Role of the Lawyer, Constitutional Law and Freedom of Expression, and Legal Philosophy and Method.

The Instrument of Government 40 years - 1974–2014
2014This year’s edition of De lege, The Instrument of Government 40 years – 1974–2014, contains articles closely related to the content of the Swedish Instrument of Government, which celebrates its 40th anniversary. The purpose of the anthology is to highlight various aspects of the Instrument of Government. The first five articles address issues relating to the fundamental values of the Instrument of Government, as well as certain provisions in its first chapter. The next five articles deal with fundamental rights as laid out in the second chapter. Following these are articles focusing on legislative power, the role of the courts, public administration, and national defence.

Doctrine in Practice
2013The aim of the 2013 yearbook De lege Doctrine in Practice is to bring together several of the faculty's researchers around a common theme that can relate to all the faculty's fields of research. Under the common theme of scholarly doctrine in case law, the ten contributions address issues to, among others, corporate law, labor law, contract law, civil and criminal procedural law, tax law, criminal law, and copyright law. In addition, several of the contributions deal with interdisciplinary aspects that are usually categorised as jurisprudence.

Regulation and taxation of investment funds
2012The 2012 edition of the Faculty of Law Yearbook De lege Regulation and Taxation of Investment Funds contains the contributions made during a symposium on the same theme on 25 April 2012. The symposium addressed the regulation and taxation of investment funds from a variety of perspectives. Speakers came from universities, the Swedish Tax Agency, law and consultancy firms, and interest groups.

The articles reflect Rolf Nygren's decades-long multidisciplinary engagement as a professor of legal history in subjects such as history, society, family law, comparative law, religion and values.

2010The 2010 volume of De lege compiles papers presented at a civil procedural colloquium in Uppsala 27–28 of April 2010: Party Autonomy in Civil Procedure – a comparison of Austria, Slovenia and Sweden, in the light of the ideas of Franz Klein and with a view to the political contexts of the three countries. The comparison is done to illustrate the connection between political ideology and civil procedural regulations, but also to check out whether the model of “social civil procedure” according to Klein is still valid.
