About the Journal
De lege is a publication series from the Faculty of Law in Uppsala. The purpose of the series is to communicate law-related research. No subject in the field of law is beyond the scope of De lege. Examples include Legal History, Legal Philosophy, Public International Law, Criminal Law, Private Law, Civil and Criminal Procedural Law, Public Law, European Law, Environmental Law and Fiscal Law.
Current Issue
This edition of De lege Law and education contains articles that are mainly connected to the problem-based pedagogy that forms the basis of Law Programme at Uppsala University – the so-called Uppsala Model – which was introduced just over thirty years ago. The volume includes retrospective pieces, articles focusing on specific parts or aspects of the programme, and forward-looking pieces.
